How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
3-7 days for U.S. orders and 14-30 days for orders outside of the U.S. once dropped off at the post office.
Will Just One Dej pay custom fees if I order internationally?
Just One Dej is not responsible for any custom or vat fees that could be charged upon delivery.
What is a pre-order process and how does it work?
- When you pre-order an item, the item has not yet been produced and or is currently not physically in Just One Dej's possession to ship out. The product will be produced and shipped out to you once in Just One Dej's possession. Production for an item can take anywhere from 3 to 5 weeks to produce and receive before shipping out to you.
- I do not recommend you pre-order if you cannot wait or are impatient and suggest you wait for the item to be in stock.
What happens if I miss out on the pre-order period?
Don't worry, Just One Dej will personally be ordering some extra stock based on the amount that was pre-ordered. Just One Dej will announce the in stock sale via official social media accounts.
What is the return policy?
Just One Dej is currently not taking returns at this time.
