Refund, Return and Exchange Policy

ALL SALES FROM JUST ONE DEJ ARE FINAL. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED CURRENTLY. JUST ONE DEJ IS NOT ACCOUNTABLE FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT. ONCE THE PACKAGE IS NO LONGER IN POSESSION OF JUST ONE DEJ, THE PACKAGE IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL.

Pre-order

When placing a pre-order, please note it will take anywhere form 3-5 weeks for the item to be produced and an additional 1-2 weeks to reach Just One Dej before it is distrubuted and shipped to you. Just One Dej clearly states on the product pre-order listing the preorder process. Just One Dej's email and social media accounts are always open for questions about preorder items as well as updates on where the item is in production.
